After KAN-PIC has received your notice, it will initiate a good faith discussion among parties to resolve the conflict, dispute, or claim. If you and KAN-PIC are unable to resolve the conflict, dispute, or claim described in the Notice to your satisfaction within 60 days of the initiation of "good faith discussion," you may file of "notice of dispute" with KAN-PIC.
